Lightware Integrates With SpectralBot To Accelerate AV Troubleshooting
AR visualisation and AI-assisted diagnostics bring real-time insight to complex AV-over-IP systems.
Budapest, Hungary, August 2026 – Lightware announces an integration with SpectralBot that helps system integrators and AV operators troubleshoot faster using augmented reality (AR), AI-assisted diagnostics, and real-time support workflows. SpectralBot analyses AV data and device statuses to guide users through fault isolation, helping teams identify what failed, where the issue is located, and how to fix it.
The integration connects SpectralBot’s AV service & support platform with live operational data from Lightware devices, leveraging Lightware’s advanced signal management, diagnostic telemetry, and open API approach for remote control and analytics.
By bringing device-level insight into a visual, context-aware interface, the combined solution is designed to reduce downtime and improve the reliability of day-to-day AV operations.
Lightware’s Taurus family along with Lightware Taurus TPN and Gemini GVN AV-over-IP solutions are integrated into the SpectralBot platform. Taurus TPN extends USB-C collaboration workflows into 10G SDVoE networks, supporting HDMI 2.0 4K@60 4:4:4 matrix switching over 10G Ethernet and providing an independent USB 2.0 matrix switching layer for peripherals. Gemini GVN supports IP-based matrix switching over 1G Ethernet for scalable video distribution.
Within the SpectralBot platform, operators can access key device indicators, comprehensive port information, and intuitive signal-path control to speed up diagnosis of common issues such as signal loss, misconfigured routing, or device faults.
By connecting Lightware’s telemetry and control capabilities with SpectralBot’s AR-guided workflows, we’re helping integrators move from reactive troubleshooting to faster, more confident decision-making even in highly distributed AV-over-IP environments,
says Craig McQueen - Director of Enterprise Sales EMEA – Lightware.
Our goal is to turn complex AV infrastructure into an environment technicians can understand, manage and support in minutes, not hours. Lightware has built some of the most reliable signal management hardware in the industry, and now that their device data flows directly into SpectralBot, teams get real-time insight they can act on immediately, not just watch. That is what instant troubleshooting should be like,
says Claude Ostyn, Managing Director at SpectralBot.
This integration also complements Lightware’s wider ecosystem of technology partnerships across modern meeting and enterprise AV environments, including solutions with Poly, Barco, Lenovo, Sennheiser, and NETGEAR.
